Job summary

System High Corporation, a leading national-security focused employer, seeks an Information Systems Security Manager (ISSM) II to support SAP, SCI, and collateral activities for DoD agencies. You will advise on RMF assessments, develop security programs, and lead security policy implementation across complex networks.

The role requires current Top-Secret clearance with SCI eligibility, 3–6 years of related experience, and a degree or equivalent experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 3–6 years of related experience in information security or ISSO/ISSM roles.
• Current Top-Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
• Must meet DoD 8570.01-M certification requirements within 6 months of hire.
• Experience supporting SAP, SCI, and DoD programs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversight of information system security program policy consistent with RMF/JSIG.
• Advise government program managers on RMF assessment and authorization.
• Perform risk assessments and provide written recommendations to DoD customers.
• Develop and maintain formal Information Systems Security Program documentation.
• Ensure training for IAOs and cyber security personnel.
• Coordinate with external security officials and conduct periodic security assessments.
• Maintain documentation for system authorization boundaries and incident response.
