Job summary

Watermark Risk Management International is seeking an Information Systems Security Manager II to lead RMF/JSIG-based security efforts for DoD programs, including SAPs and SCI environments.

The role requires 7–9 years of related experience, a TS/SCI clearance, and IAT Level 3 or equivalent certifications, plus a Bachelor's degree in a related field. You will guide security policy, risk assessments, and incident response across complex systems.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing RMF/JSIG guidance across DoD programs.
• Ability to advise on risk management and authorization processes.
• Proven ability to lead security policy development and training.
