• Alternative: an Associate’s degree/IT certificate with 9+ years in IT service delivery.
• Or a high school diploma/GED with 11+ years in IT service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Execute and contribute to development of tactical and strategic goals and procedures in assigned IT area.
• Direct Supervisors and staff in daily operations and oversee MIS activities.
• Monitor MIS services and projects to ensure quality and timely delivery.
