The position emphasizes strong LAN administration, process historian experience, and customer-focused support in a 24/7 mining environment in Silver City area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in IS/CS/Engineering with 3+ years in IT/Engineering support.
• Associate degree with 6+ years in automation or IT support.
• High School diploma with 8+ years in automation/IT support.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support industrial automation IT infrastructure including Active Directory, backups, antivirus, and patching.
• Conduct internal audits to ensure MIS policy alignment.
• Assist in design and validation of automation IT infrastructure with Control Systems.
• Interface with process control staff for project support.
• Provide training and support on automation IT infrastructure for staff.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of control systems IT infrastructure and budgets.
• Support and guide junior staff and contractors to MIS policy compliance.
• Participate in safety and environmental programs and site goals.
