Job summary

The City of San Diego is seeking an Information Systems Analyst III to coordinate the development, testing, implementation and modification of complex information systems. You will analyze business processes, model requirements, and guide IT activities across internal and external service providers.

Responsibilities include drafting Statements of Work for RFPs, providing end-user technical support, and leading initiatives that improve data management and system performance.

Qualifications

• Three years of senior-level information systems planning/management experience.
• One year at IS Analyst II level with City of San Diego.
• Experience must include IS management, procurement, project management, and business process analysis.
• Experience providing technical assistance to users on major systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate development, testing, implementation and modification of complex information systems.
• Lead IT activities and develop Statements of Work for RFPs.
