B&A is seeking an Information Security Specialist – SME (Assistant ISSM) to support Army INSCOM CME contract. Primary duty location: Fort Gordon, GA. The role drives information assurance, RMF accreditation, and secure system operations within a federal program.

Ideal candidates have 10–15+ years in information security, advanced certifications such as CISSP/CISM, and a Bachelor's or Master’s in Cybersecurity. Active TS/SCI clearance is required or adjudicated within five years.

Competenze

• 10–15+ years in information security management.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Cybersecurity or equivalent experience.
• Experience developing and overseeing security policies.
• Advanced security management certifications (CISSP, CISM, etc.).

Mansioni

• Support the Information System Security Officer and provide information assurance and system accreditation support.
• Plan, implement, monitor, and improve security measures for systems, networks, and protected information.
• Perform risk assessments, security testing, vulnerability and access reviews, and document security procedures and corrective actions.
• Support RMF accreditation and security compliance, including POA&M tracking, configuration/change management, and inspection readiness.
• Coordinate with users and technical teams on security incidents, system access, training, and security awareness.
