Teledyne FLIR is seeking a Senior Information System Security Officer (Sr. ISSO) to support preparation, development, and maintenance of IS security plans for DCSA accreditation.

The role requires expert knowledge of RMF, NISPOM, and DAAPM, with emphasis on compliance, training, and occasional travel for assessments. The successful candidate will oversee security controls on computing and network systems, coordinate with IS security managers, and help implement annual security training for IS

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 15+ years of relevant experience as described.
• Demonstrated knowledge of information systems security, compliance, and accreditation processes.
• Experience interpreting DISA STIGs and enforcing government regulations.

Responsabilités

• Review and revise IS system plans and security documentation for accreditation readiness.
• Provide day-to-day technical support for classified IS and ensure policy adherence.
• Oversee system compliance, auditing, and training for end-users and SAs/DTAs.
• Assist ISSM with security tasks and ensure safeguarding of classified materials.
