Job summary

Cinteot Inc. is seeking an experienced Information System Security Officer (ISSO) Level 3 to support the DISA Internet Enterprise under CTAS.

The role focuses on RMF/DIACAP accreditation, STIG/SRG compliance, and the preparation of accreditation packages. You will mentor junior ISSOs, coordinate with ISSMs and AOs, manage vulnerability findings with ACAS/HBSS, and produce SSPs, SARs, and POA&Ms in eMASS to ensure timely ATOs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, IT, or related field.
• DoD 8140.03 / 8570.01-M baseline certification (e.g., Security+, CISSP, CISM).
• 7+ years in cybersecurity engineering, RMF/DIACAP accreditation, and DoD documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead RMF/AA artifacts: SSPs, SARs, POA&Ms, CM records, testing docs.
• Implement DISA STIGs/SRGs across technical baselines.
• Analyze vulnerability scans with ACAS/HBSS and coordinate remediation.
• Prepare acc package in eMASS for timely submissions.
• Conduct ST&E activities and document risk posture.
• Support CCRI/SAV/CVPA with corrective action plans and closures.
• Mentor junior ISSOs and interface with government stakeholders.
• Deliver Policy Compliance and Risk Assessment reports.
