Job summary

QualDerm Partners is seeking a Manager, Information Security to own the company\'s overall security posture end-to-end. This hands-on leadership role combines strategic direction with practitioner execution in Azure, network, and endpoint security.

You will partner with IT and Analytics teams to embed security into infrastructure and cloud deployments, while managing governance, risk, and compliance across HIPAA and applicable regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 8+ years of progressive information security experience, including hands-on roles (Security Architect/Engineer).
• 2+ years in a security leadership role, owning strategy and program direction.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the company\'s information security strategy, roadmap, and maturity model.
• Lead security architecture across identity, network, endpoint, cloud (Azure).
• Design and enforce security tooling, vulnerability management, and incident response.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance posture and manage risk assessments and third-party security reviews.
• Lead detection, response, and remediation for security incidents.
