Job summary

QualDerm Partners, LLC is seeking a Manager, Information Security to own the company's security posture end‑to‑end. This hands‑on leadership role combines strategy with practical implementation across identity, network, cloud (Azure), and endpoint security.

You will partner with IT Infrastructure, Applications, and Data Analytics teams to embed security into infrastructure, cloud, and clinical systems, while driving risk management and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Security or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive information security experience including hands‑on roles (Security Architect/Engineer/Senior Analyst).
• 2+ years in a security leadership role owning strategy and program direction.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the company's information security strategy, roadmap, and maturity model.
• Act as the organization’s senior security leader, briefing leadership on risk posture and incidents.
• Design and implement security architecture across identity, network, endpoint, cloud (Azure), and applications.
• Own vulnerability management and penetration testing programs and remediation.
• Develop and maintain incident response, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans; lead tabletop exercises.
• Serve as point of contact for audits, regulatory inquiries, and cyber insurance renewals.
