Job summary

QualDerm Partners LLC in the United States seeks a Manager, Information Security to own the company’s security posture end-to-end. This hands-on leadership role blends strategy with practical implementation across Azure, identity, network, and endpoint security.

You will drive risk assessments, incident response planning, and third-party reviews while partnering with IT and clinical teams to embed secure design into infrastructure and cloud initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or related field is required
• 8+ years of progressive information security experience with hands-on roles (security architect/engineer)
• 2+ years in a security leadership role owning strategy and program direction
• Deep hands-on experience across identity, network, endpoint, cloud security (Azure), vulnerability management, and SIEM/detection engineering
• Experience leading incident response and security audits, regulatory inquiries, and risk management

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the information security strategy, roadmap, and maturity model
• Act as senior security leader, briefing leadership on risk posture, incidents, and progress
• Define, track, and report security KPIs and metrics
• Build and manage security tooling, staffing, and third-party assessments
• Design and implement security architecture across identity, network, endpoint, cloud, and applications
• Lead vulnerability management and penetration testing programs
• Own HIPAA compliance posture and other applicable regulations
• Lead incident response, threat management, and tabletop exercises
• Collaborate with IT, compliance, legal, and business units to embed security into operations
