Job summary

OVT group is seeking a Sr. Manager, Information Security to lead our enterprise security program in California. You will develop risk-based security strategies, policies, and incident response plans for a global footprint.

You will oversee security tech like EDR/XDR, MFA, SSO, DLP, and IDS/IPS, while guiding a skilled security team and collaborating with business units to align security with industry standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Professional security management certification (CISSP, CISM, CISA).
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in risk management, information security, and IT roles.
• Knowledge of ISO/IEC 27001 and NIST frameworks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with strong integrity.

Responsibilities

• Develop and monitor a strategic enterprise information security and IT risk program.
• Maintain security policies, standards, and procedures for compliance.
• Investigate and report security breaches and incidents.
• Update incident response and disaster recovery docs with IT.
• Lead security technology implementations (EDR/XDR, MFA, SSO, DLP, IDS/IPS).
• Build and manage Cybersecurity and Information Risk Management practices.
