Job summary

LCS is seeking a transformative Vice President, Information Security to lead our enterprise security program across communities nationwide. You will set strategy, align risk, privacy, and regulatory requirements with business objectives, and oversee a team of information security professionals.

Reporting to the SVP, Chief Information Officer, you will partner with executives, community leaders, and service providers to protect assets and resident data, establish a security-first culture, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information security or related field.
• Minimum of 15 years in information security or cybersecurity.
• At least 7 years in leadership overseeing security programs.
• Experience building enterprise cybersecurity strategies in complex organizations.
• Proven governance, risk, compliance, and security operations leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute enterprise information security strategy.
