Capital District Physicians Health Plan Inc is seeking an Information Security Architect to develop and execute the security risk management strategy, advise leadership, and ensure secure, cost-efficient IT design across applications and infrastructure. Qualifications

• Five (5) years of experience in an Information Technology Security Role.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology or relevant field; in lieu of degree, six (6) additional years of experience.
• Exceptional communication and influencing skills with ability to balance stakeholder interests.
• Ability to work collaboratively with all stakeholders.
• Experience with IAM, AD/LDAP, MFA, firewall, cloud security, web/server/app security, PKI, DLP, IDS/IPS, remote access, mobile security.
• Understanding of regulatory frameworks (SOX, HIPAA, PCI/DSS) and security standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement security architecture principles and standards.
• Drive compliance of security standards across teams and vendors.
• Create security requirements and oversee project lifecycles.
• Lead enterprise risk management integration with operational and regulatory processes.
• Perform risk-based assessments of solutions and vendors; advise on security design.
• Provide security consultation for projects and initiatives.
• Mentor staff and collaborate with divisional teams.
