CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Senior Informatics Manager – QuickBase Developer in the Aetna Medical Economics Unit (MEU) to lead analytics projects within the Performance Guarantee and Operational Reporting Team. You will ensure accuracy and integrity of reports supporting clinical performance guarantees, focusing on PG QuickBase strategy for tracking non-compliant review processes.

You will develop QuickBase apps, build report logic, and collaborate with Underwriting and business

Qualificações

• 7+ years of experience in reporting and analytics with advanced SQL development, data modeling, and data transformation experience.
• 4+ years of experience working within cloud data ecosystems, including GCP, AWS, or Microsoft Azure
• 4+ years of experience querying, analyzing, and transforming data using BigQuery or other enterprise cloud data warehouse platforms
• 3+ years of QuickBase development experience or experience with similar software applications
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and cross-functional communication skills

Position Summary Aetna Medical Economics Unit (MEU) has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Informatics Manager – QuickBase Developer to join our Performance Guarantee and Operational Reporting Team. The Operational Reporting and Analytics team within MEU is responsible for operational measurement and analysis for all Care Management programs. You will act as the analytic lead for complex projects involving multiple resources and tasks while providing support for business objectives. The role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of measured specifications, validation processes, and reporting outputs that support clinical performance guarantee reporting with focus on building out PG QuickBase strategy for tracking non-compliant review process. Furthermore, this role will support efforts to drive continuous improvement.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Power BI, Python.
• Experience working with Care Management or other healthcare data domains.

The typical pay range for this role is: $82,940.00 - $182,549.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
