Job summary

CVS Health seeks an Informatics specialist to enhance reporting, data integration, and application processes. You will troubleshoot issues, support deployments to team standards, and maintain SSIS packages, ensuring reliable data workflows and timely insights across the organization.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in application or database support, informatics, or related technical role.
• Strong Microsoft SQL Server experience.
• Hands-on SSIS development, support, and troubleshooting.
• Experience deploying SSRS and Power BI reports.
• Proficient with Visual Studio and GitHub or similar.
• Experience with enterprise scheduling tools and job failure troubleshooting.
• Programming experience with VB.NET and C#.
• Experience with ETL between production systems, vendor files, and internal DBs.
• Experience supporting secure file transfer processes such as SFTP.
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication; able to work across teams.

Responsibilities

• Investigate SSRS, Power BI, SSIS, and data process issues.
• Deploy SSRS and Power BI reports per standards.
• Deploy stored procedures using automated processes.
• Develop and support SSIS packages for data extraction and loading.
• Support scheduled jobs and enterprise scheduling.
• Update applications to support team processes.
• Collaborate with technical and business teams to gather requirements.
• Maintain reliability across reporting, databases, and apps.
• Contribute to documentation, standards, and consistency.
