Job summary

Qualifications
- 3+ years in application support, database support, informatics, or related technical role.
Responsibilities
- Investigate and troubleshoot issues related to SSRS reports, Power BI dashboards, SSIS packages, and data processes.
- Deploy SSRS and Power BI reports per team standards and deployment practices.
- Develop, maintain, and support SSIS packages that extract data and prepare files for SFTP to external locations.
- Support scheduled jobs and enterprise scheduling processes; identify and resolve issues.
- Update and maintain team-developed applications to support processes and requirements.
- Collaborate with technical and business teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
- Support reporting, database, and application reliability across the environment.
- Contribute to documentation, standards, and process consistency across activities.
