Qualifications

• 5+ years in a customer-facing engineering capacity.
• Experience with large scale implementations in complex environments.
• Experience navigating and leading complex customer/partner requests.

Responsibilities

• Install and configure platforms and monitor with observability solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues.
• Configure data source connections and manage asset libraries.
• Identify capacity issues (storage, licenses, performance).
• Define deployment best practices and integrate with other platforms.
• Participate in data platform architecture and strategy.
• Research and propose actions based on best practices.
