Job summary

EY is seeking a System Application Administrator to join the Service Delivery Center, focusing on Informatica administration while collaborating across tools like HVR, Matillion, Databricks and Snowflake. The role involves cloud platforms (Azure/AWS), Linux, Kubernetes, Ansible automation, and Power Platform, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and complex problem solving.

You will participate in on-call rotations for multiple applications, and relocation to multiple cities may be required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in customer success or customer-facing engineering.
• Experience with large-scale, complex solutions.
• Customer-facing experience in technology-based solutions.
• Ability to navigate and drive complex customer/partner requests.
• Experience with Linux command line.
• Ability to translate technical concepts to business terms.
• Knowledge of software development processes and design methodologies.
• 5+ years in cloud ops / Kubernetes deployment and management.
• Experience with ABAC, VDS, PING Federate or Azure AD.
• Cloud architecture and programming experience desired.
• Experience with Helm, Argo CD, Docker, and cloud networking.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience with IAM.
• DoD experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install and configure platforms.
• Monitor the platform and integrate observability and alerting.
• Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues.
• Configure data source connections and manage asset libraries.
• Identify capacity issues (storage, licenses, performance).
• Define deployment best practices.
• Integrate with other platforms and installations.
• Participate in data platform architecture and strategy.
• Research and recommend actions based on best practices and functionality.
