Job summary

EY is seeking a System Application Administrator to join the Service Delivery Center. You will administer analytics platforms, focusing on Informatica, while collaborating with teams across multiple tools and cloud environments.

The role offers a hybrid work model with opportunities to learn via cross-training, vendor training, and exposure to Kubernetes, Ansible, and Python automation in a global context.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in customer success or customer-facing engineering.
• Experience with Linux command line and cloud ops (Kubernetes).
• Experience in enterprise data platforms and vendor-led support.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into business terms.
• Willing to participate in on-call rotations for multiple applications.
• U.S. citizenship is required.

Responsibilities

• Install and configure platforms and monitor stability.
• Troubleshoot platform issues and optimize performance.
• Manage data source connections and asset libraries.
• Define deployment best practices and integrate with other platforms.
• Participate in data platform architecture and strategy.
