Job summary

EY's Service Delivery Center in the United States seeks a System Application Administrator to manage Informatica and analytics platforms. You’ll join PODs, collaborate across teams, and learn via vendor training.

Experience with HVR, Matillion, Databricks or Snowflake and cloud platforms such as Azure and AWS is a plus. You will troubleshoot, configure data sources, and help define deployment best practices while operating in a flexible, hybrid environment with potential relocation to Dallas,

Qualifications

• 5+ years in customer success or customer-facing engineering roles.
• Experience navigating complex customer/partner requests or projects.
• Familiarity with Linux command line and cloud-based platform deployments.

Responsibilities

• Install and configure platforms.
• Monitor with observability and alerting; suggest improvements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues.
• Configure data source connections and asset libraries.
• Identify capacity and licensing needs.
• Define deployment best practices.
• Integrate with other platforms and installations.
• Contribute to data platform architecture and strategy.
• Research alternatives based on best practices and functionality.
