Job summary

Andersen Corporation is seeking a Senior Application Administrator with a strong background in Infor technologies (BaanIV, BaanERP, InforLN, Infor CloudSuite, InforOS, ION, Factory Track). You will oversee account management, migrations, security, and data integrity while guiding cross-functional teams to deliver reliable services.

The role is hybrid, based out of Oak Park Heights, MN, requiring collaboration with architects, analysts, and developers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, mathematics or similar discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in technical support.
• Extensive experience with Infor technologies (BaanIV/BaanERP, InforLN, Infor Cloud suites, InforOS, ION, Factory Track).
• Proven ability to work effectively in cross functional settings and with diverse technical teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead role in teamwork direction and project coordination.
• Provide administrative support for Infor-related products.
• Manage deployments, configuration, scheduling and monitoring across environments.
• Define technical upgrades to ensure applications are healthy.
• Maintain application security and vulnerability management.
• Work with architects to assist in tactical and strategic development and communicate with IT management.
• Facilitate meetings for projects and root cause analysis; ensure standards across apps.
• Coordinate with vendors for technical support.
