Job summary

twentysix is seeking a senior influencer marketing lead in California to oversee a portfolio of enterprise accounts and steer full‑funnel influencer strategies aligned with client business objectives. You will guide strategy, measurement, and executive communication while coaching a growing team.

In this role you will manage creator discovery, negotiation, approvals, launch, optimization, and reporting with hands‑on involvement across campaigns.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of influencer and creator marketing experience in agency or in-house settings.
• Demonstrated ability to coach, develop, and motivate team members while maintaining accountability.
• Experience leading enterprise programs across multiple brands, regions, or stakeholder groups.
• Strong end‑to‑end campaign operations knowledge: discovery, outreach, negotiations, approvals, launch, optimization, reporting.
• Proven track record translating insights into executive-ready recommendations and client value.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a select book of enterprise-level influencer and creator programs from strategy to measurement.
• Guide creator discovery, vetting, outreach, contracting, and onboarding for campaigns.
• Lead and develop team members, with regular performance conversations and career planning.
• Collaborate across Paid Social, Brand, Analytics, and other teams to integrate influencer initiatives into broader plans.
• Manage relationships with creators, talent managers, agencies, and platforms including complex negotiations.
• Deliver KPI-driven results through data-informed optimization and weekly/ monthly reporting.
