Job summary

Salesforce is seeking an Industry Solutions Engineer to scale and operationalize industry-specific assets for Manufacturing, Automotive, and Energy & Utilities. You will partner with cross-functional teams to build reusable demos, enable the field, and shape strategic demonstrations that translate business challenges into Salesforce-powered outcomes.

In this role, you will help drive adoption of AI tooling, craft tailored demonstrations, and contribute to Dreamforce content and customer events.

• Strong technical foundation in AI, demos, and asset development.
• Project management and orchestration skills to align internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Scale and build industry solutions by partnering with internal groups to create demo assets, content hubs, and customer videos.
• Enable Solution Engineers and field teams through internal enablement, demos, and training; be the go-to expert on assets.
• Be the voice of the field; collaborate with Product, Industry, COE, and GTM to evolve demos based on feedback and trends.
• Support strategic customer engagements as an industry SME for discovery, demo strategy, and deal positioning.
• Establish a feedback loop with customer success stories and win/loss insights to inform product improvements and sales strategy.
• Develop and deliver compelling solution visions, roadmaps, and tailored demonstrations to showcase Salesforce value.
• Lead AI tooling adoption and enablement to improve productivity and field outcomes.
• Support high-impact customer events, Dreamforce sessions, innovation hubs, and customer summits.
