Job summary

RTX is seeking an Industry 4.0 Principal Project Manager to lead automation initiatives on the factory floor. The role requires coordinating with diverse teams to define scope, schedule, and features while building robust plans and budgets for Raytheon’s digital and physical factories.

You will drive risk management, deliver milestones to senior leaders, and guide teams through evolving priorities, with up to 10% travel.

Qualifications

Degree in STEM with 8+ years of relevant experience, or MS degree with 5+ years of applicable experience.
PMI PMP Certification and/or Agile Scrum Certifications.
8+ years of PM experience including scheduling, EVMS, risk management, and cross-functional leadership.
Experience communicating with Senior Leadership.

Responsibilities

Lead Industry 4.0 projects impacting Raytheon factory automation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define scope, schedule, vision, and features.
Create and manage project plans, schedules, timelines, and budgets.
Identify risks and opportunities; address issues to keep projects on track.
Share project insights and milestones with senior leaders.
Guide teams through shifting priorities and ambiguous challenges.
Seek continuous improvements in efficiency and processes.
Domestic travel up to 10%.
