Qualifications

• Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and 8+ years of relevant PM experience.
• PMI PMP Certification and/or Agile Scrum Certifications.
• 8+ years of PM experience including scheduling, earned-value management, risk/opportunity management, and cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead Industry 4.0 projects for Raytheon factory automation.
• Define scope, schedule, vision, and features with cross-functional teams.
• Build and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Identify risks, opportunities, and resolve issues to keep projects on track.
• Share milestones with senior leaders and drive continuous improvement.
