Job summary

Re:Build is seeking a Principal Industrialization Lead to own the design-to-production transition for New Kensington programs. You will ensure manufacturability is built in, maintain end-to-end visibility, and lead new program introductions across value streams.

You will drive tooling, fixturing, work instructions, and production readiness, coordinating with engineering, quality, and operations to build a scalable, repeatable industrialization model. Travel domestically 10–25% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field with 15+ years in manufacturing engineering, industrialization, NPI or production operations.
• Experience leading the transition of products from development into full-rate production, with deep knowledge of manufacturing processes, tooling/fixturing, work-instruction development, and production readiness.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and influence, with ability to coordinate across sites and functions.

Responsibilities

• Own design-to-production transition for programs entering New Kensington, ensuring manufacturability.
• Maintain integrated visibility into all incoming programs and lead new program introductions (NPI).
• Drive process development, tooling/fixturing, work instructions, and production readiness across value streams.
• Drive launch and ramp readiness by bringing new programs to rate, on quality, and on time.
• Identify cross-program and site-readiness dependencies and act as the early technical voice with origin sites and engineers.
• Embed standards and requirements, establish and continuously improve the industrialization process, tools, and metrics.
