Job summary

HDR, Inc. seeks a Senior Industrial Wastewater Project Manager in Omaha, NE to lead planning, design and construction administration of industrial water and wastewater facilities. You will manage projects, coordinate staff, and contribute to proposals and client interviews.

You will oversee data-driven reports, engineer calculations, and engineering plans, while applying strong communication and leadership to collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams across the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in related field.
10 years related experience.
Minimum 5 years of project management experience.
Proficiency with MS Office, estimating and scheduling software.

Responsibilities

Lead, direct, develop and market projects involving planning, design and construction administration of industrial water and wastewater facilities.
Provide project and task management; conduct complex process engineering; prepare reports and design calculations.
Lead production of engineering plans and specifications; oversee design/build projects when applicable.
Demonstrate strong communication, leadership and organizational skills across teams.
