Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a Senior Industrial Water Wastewater Process Engineer / Design Manager to lead and grow our IWTO team across the United States. You will apply advanced treatment processes and provide design leadership for industrial water and wastewater projects, while mentoring staff and contributing to client engagements.

The role supports study through design, construction, startup, commissioning, and operation. It is a hybrid position with Raleigh, NC emphasis and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental, Chemical, or Civil Engineering is required.
• 10+ years of industrial wastewater experience preferred.
• Professional Engineer registration in one or more states.
• Valid US driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Function as the process engineer on industrial water/wastewater projects.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary design teams to implement complex treatment solutions.
• Lead and mentor staff on engineering and drawings.
• Support business development and client proposals from study through commissioning and operation.
