Job summary

Arcadis IWTO in Raleigh, NC seeks a Senior Industrial Water Wastewater Process Engineer to lead and design industrial water and wastewater projects in a hybrid role across the United States. You will mentor team members, manage design deliverables, and drive proposals while delivering safe, cost-effective treatment solutions for diverse clients.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years of experience, a PE license, and a track record in selling projects; a Master’s or PhD is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental, Chemical, or Civil Engineering.
• 10+ years of industrial wastewater experience.
• Professional Engineer registration in one or more states.
• Master’s degree or PhD in environmental or chemical engineering (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, direction, and coaching to project team members.
• Design delivery, capital and operation and maintenance cost estimation for treatment systems.
• Support or lead implementation of projects from study phase through commissioning and operation.
• Participate in business development and proposals, including selling projects to clients.
