Job summary

Versova is seeking an Industrial Technician III to coordinate maintenance across multiple processing facilities. The role requires extensive expertise in industrial machinery, automation, and facility maintenance, and involves leading projects and driving continuous improvement.

You will mentor junior technicians, manage capital projects, and ensure compliance with safety and USDA standards. Some travel between facilities may be required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in industrial maintenance.
• Advanced knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Expertise in PLC programming, automation systems, and industrial software.
• Strong project management and team leadership skills.
• In-depth understanding of OSHA regulations and food safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced troubleshooting and repairs on complex machinery.
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs.
• Manage capital projects, equipment upgrades, and new installations.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior technicians.
• Lead root cause analyses and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with safety, food safety standards, and USDA requirements.
