Versova is seeking an Agricultural Systems Technician I to support basic maintenance in a poultry production plant. Under supervision, you will learn about mechanical, electrical, and conveying systems while helping keep equipment running smoothly and safely.

The role offers a path to develop technical skills through on-the-job training, with a focus on teamwork, safety, and reliability in a high-volume production environment.

Qualifications

• 0-1+ years in industrial, commercial, or facility maintenance.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a team.
• Basic math skills and safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Assist experienced technicians with routine maintenance tasks.
• Perform basic equipment checks and inspections as directed.
• Support simple repairs and parts replacement under supervision.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe with PPE.
• Record maintenance activities in logbooks or computer systems.
• Learn to identify common issues with agricultural equipment.
• Assist in upkeep of conveyor systems and production line equipment.
