Job summary

Versova is seeking an Industrial/HVAC Technician I to maintain and repair mechanical, electrical, and conveyor systems. You will perform preventive and predictive maintenance, test systems, troubleshoot, and ensure safe operation to meet daily production goals.

Responsibilities include repairing machinery, identifying root causes, and performing essential repairs. The role emphasizes safety, proper PPE use, and adherence to SOPs in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 0-2 years of maintenance experience with hands-on work.
• Knowledge of electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Ability to lift 75+ lbs and work overtime as needed.
• Ability to read and follow SOPs and instructions.

Responsibilities

• Repair and perform basic maintenance on industrial machinery per SOPs.
• Identify root causes and perform essential repairs; weld or fabricate as needed.
• Diagnose and maintain conveyors on schedule.
• Perform preventive maintenance on processing machines and equipment.
• Assemble and connect wiring to electrical components and fixtures.
• Troubleshoot and repair drive chains, gears, belts, and motors.
• Maintain tools and keep work area clean and safe.
