Job summary

Renesas Electronics Corporation in the Dallas area seeks a seasoned Solutions Marketing professional to lead industrial edge sensing, AI, motor control and HMI applications. You will collaborate with Sales, FAEs, System Architects and the global marketing team to expand markets in the Americas and align internal product groups with market needs.

You will drive system solutions and work with Sales, Channel Marketing, Product Groups and System Architects to plan and execute growth strategies

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in business development, field applications engineering, marketing, or related roles.
• Deep understanding of semiconductors and end-application solution understanding; MCU/MPU marketing experience is a plus.
• Experience with channel sales and building relationships in the field.

Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement & Opportunity Development
• Engage with customers to drive solution level opportunities to secure design wins and drive revenue growth.
• Engage with channel partners and customers to identify additional growth opportunities
• Orchestrate cross-functional teams in solutions promotion and business development activities
• Develop relationships with technical and procurement stakeholders in infrastructure markets
• Define product requirements with Product Groups to improve roadmaps
• Identify channel opportunities and coordinate with FAE’s, Sales and partners
• Monitor competition and market dynamics to recommend actions
• Prepare customer presentations to communicate value propositions
• Develop product collateral, competitive analyses and training material
