Job summary

Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency in the United States is seeking a Senior Industrial Security Specialist to manage complex ISP functions within the Field Office's AOR and assist the Field Office Chief in day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes senior-level technical and critical thinking to identify, document, compose reports and communicate security program vulnerabilities and mitigation actions to stakeholders up to the senior executive level.
• Demonstrates senior-level competency of analysis methods and professional writing to complete comprehensive reports and give oral presentations.
• Conducts recurring Security Reviews (SRs) of the most difficult contractor facilities.
• Independently conducts, records and oversees complex security violation investigations involving classified information/material.
• Conducts on-site FCL eligibility surveys to evaluate vulnerabilities related to threats to classified information.
• Employs senior-level interpersonal skills with stakeholders to gain cooperation and resolve security issues.
• Performs as lead advisor, mentors, provides training and conducts QA for junior specialists.
