Job summary

AV Inc. is seeking a Facility Security Officer (FSO) to manage and coordinate industrial security programs in a high tempo environment, ensuring compliance with government and company policies.

The FSO will process clearances and maintain all security documentation and rosters in line with DoD and federal requirements. The successful candidate will have experience with NISPOM, ICDs, and COMSEC, and will serve as COMSEC Manager for a small account.

Qualifications

• Top Secret clearance required; TS/SCI preferred
• Experience with ICD705 and secure builds
• 7+ years relevant security experience
• DCSA FSO Certification
• Knowledge of government security and information assurance processes
• Experience with NISPOM, DCIDS, ICDs, and EO compliance
• Ability to guide personnel on adjudicative guidelines
• Experience handling PII protection requirements
• Familiarity with DISS, NISS, NBIS and eAPP

Responsibilities

• Maintain security documentation per DCSA requirements
• Maintain FCL documentation per DCSA
• Manage DD-254s and sub-DD254s
• Develop SOPs, SPPs and Emergency Plans
• Provide employee security briefings and debriefings
• Maintain classified holdings and transmittals per NISPOM
• Support training and Security Vulnerability Assessments
• Coordinate with HR, Contracts, and Proposal teams
