Job summary

Northrop Grumman in Dulles, VA, is seeking an Industrial Security Analyst – Level 3 for 100% onsite work. You will develop and administer security programs for classified materials and ensure compliance with ICDs and the NISP, coordinating with government and internal teams.

The ideal candidate holds an active Top Secret/SCI clearance with CI polygraph, plus strong program security experience and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines under pressure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of professional experience – OR – Master’s degree with 3 years of professional experience. Will consider an additional 4+ years of experience in lieu of degree.
• Requires an active Top-Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) clearance with an active Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph at time of application
• Program security experience
• Previous CPSO/CSSO/CSO or FSO experience

Responsibilities

• Develops, and administers security programs and procedures for classified or proprietary materials, documents, and equipment.
• Studies and implements federal security regulations that apply to company operations.
• Obtains rulings, interpretations, and acceptable deviations for compliance with regulations from government agencies.
• Prepares manuals outlining regulations, and establishes procedures for handling, storing, and keeping records, and for granting personnel and visitors access to restricted records and materials.
• Conducts security education classes and security audits.
• Investigates security violations and prepares reports specifying preventive action to be taken.
• Other duties as assigned.
