Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 8 years of experience OR Master’s degree with 6 years; additional years may substitute for degree.
• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph at time of application.
• Minimum two years of management or leadership experience.
• In-depth knowledge of CFR 32 part 117 (NISPOM); ICDs; DoD Manuals and related security requirements.

Responsibilities

• Study and implement federal security regulations that apply to company operations.
• Prepare manuals outlining regulations, procedures for handling, storing, and access to restricted documents and materials.
• Develop and implement security education program.
• Oversee internal security audits.
• Investigate security violations and prepare preventive action reports.
• Lead a security team and provide mentoring to professionals.
