Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking an Industrial Security Analyst – Level 4 for onsite roles in Dulles, VA or McLean, VA. The position focuses on counterintelligence and insider threat, managing a state‑of‑the‑art program.

You will lead investigations, develop awareness campaigns, and coordinate with internal and external partners to protect sensitive information. Will travel to multiple NGSP facilities as needed.

Qualifications

• Requires active U.S. Government Top-Secret clearance with SCI access.
• Experience conducting counterintelligence and insider threat investigations.
• Ability to lead independently and represent Northrop Grumman to partners.

Responsibilities

• Protect classified and proprietary information from threats.
• Conduct counterintelligence and insider threat investigations.
• Develop and implement awareness campaigns with NGSP Counterintelligence and Insider Threat Manager.
• Travel periodically to NGSP facilities.
• Establish internal and external partnerships.
• Review intelligence sources and perform threat analyses.
