Job summary

Leidos is seeking an accomplished Business Area Security Manager for Industrial Security to lead a geographically dispersed team supporting DoD and IC customers. You will ensure security requirements are integrated into program execution and compliant with regulations while managing complex classified programs across multiple sites.

The role requires collaboration with program, operations, manufacturing, and government stakeholders to protect information and assets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of relevant experience or Master’s with 6+ years.
• Experience leading security professionals such as CPSOs, CSSOs, and FSOs.
• Strong knowledge of DoD/IC security requirements and investigations.

Responsibilities

• Lead dispersed team of industrial security professionals across multiple facilities.
• Provide security oversight for multiple contracts and ensure compliance with requirements.
• Mentor CPSOs, CSSOs, FSOs, and other security staff with clear performance feedback.
• Advise leadership on security status and risk mitigation across programs.
