Government customers, and cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and risk mitigation. The role requires active Top Secret/SCI access, continuous evaluation readiness, and the ability to work across Boeing teams to protect sensitive information.

Qualifications

• Tier 5/SSBI or Continuous Evaluation within past 5 years.
• 5+ years in Industrial Security and related domains.
• Experience with DoD and government security standards is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute Internal Security Controls via reviews and self-inspections.
• Identify deficiencies and implement corrective actions.
• Communicate results to security management and customers.
• Conduct Administrative Inquiries under established procedures.
• Perform COMSEC duties in accordance with regulations.
• Protect government, IP, and company information from disclosure.
• Develop and administer Operational Security programs for complex programs.
• Lead Personnel Security activities to obtain clearances for complex requirements.
• Establish security awareness training across personnel.
• Perform Physical Security duties and Sub-Contractor management.
