Position Responsibilities
  • Manage and ensure the flawless execution of classified security programs at the SCI, SAP, and other restricted and/or proprietary levels while achieving all operational goals
  • Lead and mentor employees, perform security administration activities to protect information from unauthorized disclosure, and conduct security inquiries
  • Oversee compliance assessments and implementation of security controls while protecting personnel information and equipment
  • Study and implement federal security regulations that apply to company program operations
  • Obtain rulings, interpretations, and acceptable deviations for compliance with regulations from government agencies
  • Develop and maintain relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners, and direct reports
  • Provide oversight and approval of technical approaches, products, and processes
  • Assist with team members' professional development and growth
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)
  • Successfully completed Tier 5 Investigation (T5), formerly known as a Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI) by the federal government within the last 5 years, or requires candidate to have been enrolled in a Continuous Vetting program within the last 5 years
  • 5+ years of experience with Industrial Security
  • 3+ years of experience in personnel security administration, physical security, communications security and/or other programmatic security-related field
  • 1+ years of experience leading teams in a formal and/or informal role
  • Ability to obtain and maintain access to a Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) and/or Special Access Programs (SAP) access
  • Willing to submit to and successfully pass a U.S. Government-administered polygraph examination
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)
  • 3+ years of experience working in one or a combination of the following domains: SAP and/or SCI
  • 2+ years of experience with Project Management
  • 2+ years of experience building relationships and partnering with all levels of employees, including executives in the Defense and/or Aerospace environment
  • 2+ years of experience communicating with internal and external customers

Summary pay range: $119,000 - $161,000
