RTX in Tucson, AZ seeks a Sr. Analyst, Industrial Security to support Closed Area Operations.

You will act as a security decision authority, ensuring regulatory compliance while enabling business processes, engaging with stakeholders and the Facility Security Officer to guide the workforce. The role requires a university degree (or equivalent) with 2+ years of relevant experience, familiarity with NISPOM and DAAG guidance, and the ability to develop security procedures and training materials.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent experience; advanced degree preferred.
• Experience with NISPOM and Cybersecurity Guidance (DAAG).
• Experience writing security procedures or training materials.
• Experience reviewing employee/program requests and applying policy guidelines.
• Experience interfacing with customers and employees at all levels.
• Driver's license required.

Responsabilités

• Provide security oversight and guidance to ensure compliance with NISPOM and applicable regulations.
• Support contract proposals by applying security policies and guidelines.
• Develop and implement security procedures, training materials, and corrective action plans.
• Conduct routine inspections of closed areas and document findings.
• Participate in customer reviews and government inspections, recommending corrective actions.
• Collaborate with strategic business units and Global Security Services to address security challenges.
• Review and process security-related requests, ensuring alignment with policy guidelines.
• Brief large teams on security policies and procedures.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
