Job summary

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in planning, scheduling, cost control and estimating.
• Proven ability to forecast construction activities and identify coordination issues.
• Strong written and spoken communication skills; able to present to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop schedules and analysis for contract packages to forecast construction activities.
• Monitor and update schedules via meetings, field verification, and interviews.
• Maintain change notice/change order management system and facilitate hearings.
• Develop estimates for construction projects including change notices.
• Maintain cost system and produce cost reports.
