Hargrove Engineers + Constructors seeks an experienced planner/scheduler to manage heavy industrial projects in a fast-paced environment in Chalmette, LA. You will develop project schedules, forecast construction activities, and monitor costs with attention to accuracy and detail.

You will lead change order processes, prepare estimates for scope changes, and maintain cost reporting while coordinating with multiple engineering disciplines and contractors to ensure on-time delivery and adherence

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of heavy industrial planning, scheduling, cost control and estimating experience.
• Extreme attention to detail and ability to coordinate multiple engineering disciplines.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.

Aufgaben

• Develop schedules and analysis for contract packages to forecast construction activities and identify coordination issues.
• Monitor and update schedules via meetings, coordination interviews, and field verification.
• Maintain change notice/change order management system and facilitate hearings/meetings.
• Develop cost estimates for construction projects, including change notices and scopes of work.
• Maintain the cost system: reconcile commitments, change orders, invoices, and produce cost reports.
• Collaborate with engineering disciplines and contractors to align schedules, scopes, and costs.
