• 2–5 years of experience in commercial property management, industrial experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day management and operating performance of a portfolio of industrial properties.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, contractors, and third-party service providers.
• Coordinate property maintenance, inspections, repairs, and capital improvement projects.
• Oversee vendor relationships, service contracts, bidding, and invoice processing.
• Assist with property-level budgeting, expense management, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
• Support lease administration, including tenant records, insurance compliance, and occupancy requirements.
• Work with asset management on acquisitions, due diligence, and onboarding of new assets.
• Contribute to monthly and quarterly portfolio reporting, including operational and financial performance.
• Identify opportunities to improve operating efficiencies and reporting processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day management and operational performance of a portfolio of industrial properties.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, contractors, and third-party service providers.

Candidate Profile

• Ideally 2–5 years of experience in commercial property management, with industrial experience strongly preferred.
• Good understanding of commercial property operations, tenant relations, maintenance coordination, and vendor management.
• Exposure to property-level financial reporting, budgeting, and expense management.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple properties and competing priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Knowledge of the Atlanta commercial real estate market.
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
• Proactive, commercially minded, and keen to develop within a broader real estate investment environment.
• Willingness to travel approximately 10–15%.
