Qualifications

• Experience in planning, scheduling, cost control and estimating for industrial projects.
• Strong understanding of schedule constraints and project controls deliverables.
• Ability to discuss and coordinate with multiple engineering disciplines and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Developing schedules and analysis for contract packages to forecast construction activities.
• Monitoring project costs, earned value and change notice processes.
• Facilitating hearings and meetings related to change orders.
• Updating schedules through meetings, field verification, and coordination interviews.
• Coaching and mentoring teammates and ensuring constructability considerations.
