Our client in Austin, TX seeks a Project Manager - Non IT 5 to join the Project & Development Services department. You will manage multiple concurrent projects across office, manufacturing and laboratory environments, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to budget and quality standards.

The role requires 8-10 years of PM experience in related settings, ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, travel about 20-25%, and strong communication and client relationship skills.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and internal teams throughout project lifecycles.
• Ensure project delivery aligns with schedule, budget, and quality standards.
• Oversee projects involving hazardous materials, H-occupancy code requirements, and stormwater/wastewater considerations.
• Serve as the primary client-facing point of contact, providing white glove service and fostering strong relationships.
