Qualifications

• 7+ years of IT project management experience, including enterprise or government environments.
• Experience with cross-functional technical teams (developers, QA, infrastructure, security).
• Experience with state agency environments or public-sector IT is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management for technology initiatives, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and execution.
• Develop and maintain project plans, roadmaps, charters, status reports, and communication materials.
• Facilitate meetings, document decisions, track action items, and ensure project deliverables meet client requirements.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including developers, analysts, architects, QA, and business stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with client project management methodologies, governance processes, and reporting standards.
• Manage vendor relationships, contract deliverables, and performance expectations.
• Support change management activities, including training, documentation, and stakeholder readiness.
• Provide clear, consistent communication to leadership and project sponsors.
