Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in Construction Science/Management or Civil/Industrial Engineering.
• Ten+ years of directly related experience.
• Industrial construction knowledge including PIOs, process piping, ASME codes.

Responsibilities

• Manage material, workforce, and processes of Industrial projects.
• Purchase material, schedule work, estimate change orders, and contract sub-contractors.
• Execute assigned equipment projects and ensure profitability, on-time delivery, and compliance with contracts and client expectations.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients and identify new revenue opportunities.
• Prepare budgets, contracts, and quality controls; perform cost estimating and value engineering as needed.
• Oversee day-to-day project management coordinating with architectural, engineering, and construction firms.
• Review designs and specifications for function and compliance; advise on revisions as needed.
• Authorize contracts, purchase orders, change orders, and contractor invoices.
